We read everything that arrives and reply as quickly as we can, normally within three to five business days. To make that faster, the sections below say what to include.
Corrections
Corrections get priority over everything else on this page. If you have found an incorrect specification, a broken link, a product that has been discontinued or revised, or a statement that is simply wrong, we want to know.
Please include:
- The address of the article
- The specific sentence or figure that is wrong
- Where the correct information comes from — a manufacturer page, a service manual, a retailer listing
That last item is what lets us act immediately instead of opening our own research. Every number on this site is supposed to trace back to a primary source; if one does not, that is a defect and we will fix it.
Product suggestions
If there is a piece of RV equipment you think we should cover, tell us the product and the brand, and why it would matter to other owners. We cannot promise to cover everything suggested, but suggestions genuinely shape what gets written next.
Partnership and business enquiries
Write to the same address with Partnership in the subject line.
So that nobody wastes time: we do not sell placements in articles, we do not publish sponsored posts presented as editorial, and we do not let anyone review a draft before it is published. Enquiries that start there will be declined politely and quickly.
What we cannot help with
We cannot diagnose a fault on your vehicle, confirm that a specific part fits your rig, or advise on propane, electrical, or towing work. We do not have your RV in front of us, and this is precisely the territory where a wrong answer from a stranger on the internet causes an injury or a fire.
For those questions: your vehicle's own documentation, the appliance manufacturer's technical support line, and a certified RV technician. For warranty questions, the manufacturer or the dealer who sold the unit.
